This Cookie Notice explains how AdvanPath LLC and Cloudflare use cookies and comparable browser technologies when you access advanpath.com. It should be read with the Website Privacy Notice.
3. Technologies used on this website
| Technology | Provider or host | Purpose | Typical duration |
|---|---|---|---|
__cf_bm |
Cloudflare on advanpath.com | Bot management, security, traffic integrity, and availability | Usually about 30 minutes and may be renewed during continued use |
| Turnstile verification token | Cloudflare through challenges.cloudflare.com and the AdvanPath form | Verify a single form submission and reduce automated abuse | Short-lived and single-use; it is a form token rather than an advertising cookie |
| Additional challenge storage | Cloudflare | Operate a security challenge if Cloudflare determines one is needed | Varies with the challenge and Cloudflare security configuration |
| Optional analytics or advertising cookies | None currently set by AdvanPath site code | Not used | Not applicable |
Cloudflare security and bot-management cookies
Cloudflare may set cookies such as __cf_bm to distinguish likely automated traffic, manage security, and support website availability. This cookie is generally short-lived and may be renewed while the browser continues to access the site. Cloudflare may use additional security cookies if a request requires a challenge or other protective measure.
Cloudflare Turnstile
The consultation form embeds Turnstile from challenges.cloudflare.com. Turnstile processes browser, device, network, interaction, and security signals and generates a single-use verification token. It may use cookies or comparable storage needed to operate the challenge and prevent abuse. The widget is configured in managed mode and does not issue a Cloudflare clearance cookie for the AdvanPath domain.
Essential website state
The AdvanPath site code uses the information already present in the page and form during the active browser session. It does not currently use local storage or session storage to remember marketing preferences, maintain an advertising profile, or track a visitor across unrelated sites.
Aggregate and network-level information
Cloudflare may provide aggregate traffic, performance, and security information derived from network requests. This processing does not require AdvanPath to place a separate advertising or audience-measurement cookie in the site code.
4. Advertising and optional analytics technologies
AdvanPath does not currently use advertising cookies, cross-site behavioral advertising pixels, or third-party marketing cookies on this website. We do not use website cookies to sell personal information or to target advertising based on activity across unrelated websites.
Because the technologies currently used are necessary for security and website operation, the site does not display a preference banner for optional advertising or analytics cookies. If optional technologies are introduced, this notice and any consent or preference controls required by applicable law will be updated before or when they are used.
5. Your browser controls
Most browsers allow you to review, block, or delete cookies and site data. Blocking essential security or Turnstile technologies may prevent the consultation form from working or may cause Cloudflare to challenge or reject a request. Browser settings vary; consult the browser provider's instructions for current controls.
Browsers may also send signals such as Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. The site does not currently use cookies for sale, cross-context behavioral advertising, or targeted advertising. If those practices change, AdvanPath will evaluate legally required signals and provide any required preference mechanism.
Clearing cookies does not delete business communications or inquiry records already received by AdvanPath. Requests concerning personal information should be made under the rights section of the Website Privacy Notice.
6. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when the website, Cloudflare configuration, security controls, or legal requirements change. The last-updated date identifies the current version.
